About this Position The Patient Service Representative is primarily responsible for ensuring high quality customer service and continuation of care. The Patient Service Representative is utilized in performing typical front office functions and referrals. The Patient Service Representative is under the overall on-site supervision of the Practice Administrator. Patient Service Representative must have knowledge of all areas related to insurance and front office work. Excellent customer service skills and good communication skills. Ability to multi-task while providing good patient care. Good computer skills and ability to learn new computer systems as needed. Primary skills include verbal and written communication with patients to promote continuity of care and follow-up as well as daily retrieval and scanning/filing of clinical encounter forms and reports for use by clinic staff during patient care activities. Channel Blend Call Center Representative As a representative for Channel Blend, you will be part of a team responsible for qualifying leads in order to fulfill client expectations. We are a call center that works remotely (Oklahoma, Idaho, Texas & Kansas residents ONLY). Our representatives call interested prospects on behalf of other companies and help qualify prospects. You will be expected to follow a script & pre-established guidelines are in place to help you do this. Delivery Driver (CFC 680 Tulsa, OK) The Delivery Driver will be heavily involved in handling regular deliveries to our Commercial Customers. You will work out of our Commercial Fulfillment Center to deliver quality products and an amazing level of service to all customers who are placing orders through this market-serving hub. Essential Duties and Responsibilities • Partner with Commercial Fulfillment team to handle all aspects of product delivery to business customers. • You will be expected to deliver the Ace brand promise of helpful and amazing service at all times through professional conduct and a proactive approach to solving the problems of customers as they are spotted. • You will handle or assist picking up or receiving, pulling, packing and loading products to be delivered. • As you engage customers at their place of business you will take note of various customer needs or selling opportunities and pass those along to the assigned Account Manager or Business Development Manager. • Occasionally assist regular store retail operations with delivery of retail products as long as those deliveries don't slow the pace of commercial deliveries and regular sales to commercial customers. • Recommend product stocking or special order needs to the Commercial Fulfillment Center Specialist and at times the assigned BDM. • Observe and obey all traffic laws and operate safely and efficiently while operating any and all Westlake Ace equipment. • Perform other related duties and special projects as assigned.
