Kitchen Utility Beautiful Interlachen Country Club located in Winter Park, FL has openings for full-time Kitchen Utility on our culinary team. Responsible for the overall cleanliness of the kitchen and cooking utensils and equipment, the Kitchen Utility plays a vital role on our Culinary Team. Responsibilities: • Sets up and operates dish machine and pot and pan sinks. Keeps area clean at all times. • Prepares tableware for washing by removing food residue, sorting china, and running tableware through dish machine. • Properly stores all clean and sanitized tableware, buffet platters, and displays. • Gathers and properly washes, rinses, and sanitizes all cooking utensils and kitchen equipment and returns them to their proper places. • Sweeps and mops kitchen floors, coolers, storage areas, etc. • Cleans garbage cans with soap and water on a regular basis. Breaks down and empties boxes. • Performs food preparation tasks as assigned. Compensation: Competitive based on experience.
