LMI is seeking a skilled Senior Materiel Management Consultant to support Army logistics materiel management through supply management, inventory analysis, warehousing, secondary item management, and executive decision support. Responsibilities • Support Army logistics materiel management programs through supply management, inventory analysis, warehousing, and strategic initiatives. • Conduct research and analysis to evaluate materiel management operations, inventory performance, supply chain effectiveness, and emerging issues. • Collect, consolidate, validate, and analyze information from multiple data sources to support executive decision making and program recommendations. • Develop executive-ready briefings, reports, decision papers, presentations, and other written communications supporting Army logistics materiel management initiatives. • Support planning, coordination, and continuous improvement of warehousing, secondary item management, inventory control, and supply management processes. • Coordinate activities and recommendations across multiple Army organizations and stakeholders to support enterprise materiel management objectives. • Monitor project activities, milestones, deliverables, inventory trends, and action items to ensure timely execution. • Facilitate meetings, working groups, and collaborative planning sessions while documenting decisions and tracking follow-up actions. • Synthesize complex operational and analytical information into actionable recommendations that improve supply chain performance, materiel readiness, and organizational effectiveness. • Develop performance metrics, dashboards, and analytical products to support leadership visibility and informed decision making. • Support strategic planning, inventory assessments, supply chain analysis, and enterprise modernization initiatives, as required. • Support business development activities, including market research, proposal support, solution development, and client engagement, as required. • Perform additional consulting, analytical, and project support activities as assigned. Qualifications MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Public Administration, Management, Operations Research, Engineering, or a related discipline. • 10 or more years of professional experience supporting Army logistics, materiel management, warehousing, supply management, DoD, or other complex Government organizations. • Experience supporting inventory management, supply chain operations, warehousing, logistics analysis, or organizational assessments. • Strong analytical skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and experience using spreadsheets, databases, reporting tools, and collaboration platforms. • Demonstrated ability to gather, analyze, and synthesize information from multiple sources into concise, actionable recommendations. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience developing executive-level briefings, reports, and presentations. • Demonstrated ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and work effectively within cross-functional teams. • Self-directed, detail oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in dynamic environments. • Available for occasional travel. • This position requires an active Secret security clearance. Applicants must be U.S. citizens. DESIRED SKILLS • Advanced degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Public Administration, Management, Operations Research, Engineering, or a related discipline. • 10+ years of experience supporting Army logistics materiel management, warehousing, supply management, or other DoD organizations. • Experience supporting headquarters-level supply operations, inventory management, secondary item management, logistics planning, or enterprise integration. • Experience writing, updating and coordinating strategic-level policy. • Experience developing dashboards, performance metrics, executive reporting, or data visualization products. • Familiarity with business process improvement, workflow modernization, automation, or digital transformation initiatives. • Experience facilitating cross-functional working groups and stakeholder engagements. • Excellent research, writing, briefing, and staff coordination skills.

Utilization Management Nurse RIHS Austin Regional Office - Austin, TX 78727 Overview Position Type Full Time Description Primary Responsibilities The Utilization Management Nurse will determine the medical appropriateness of inpatient and outpatient services by evaluating medical guidelines, benefit determination and compliance with state mandated regulations. Essential Functions • Perform concurrent, retroactive and pre-service authorization reviews for inpatient and outpatient services. • Follow and maintain compliance with CMS requirements, may include after-hours, holiday and weekend coverage. • Collaborate with staff, physicians, care/service coordinators, and medical directors to coordinate and provide the level of care necessary to meet member's health need. Qualifications Location Requirements This position is remote but requires the employee to live within our service area, which can include any of the following areas within Texas: Rio Grande Valley, DFW, greater Austin, greater Houston, greater San Antonio, Coastal Bend, or Laredo. Educational/Training Requirements • Graduate from an Accredited School of Nursing. Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred. 2+ years of clinical nursing experience. • Payor Utilization Management: 3 years recommended experience • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook • Proficiency using Milliman Care Guidelines (MCG) and/ or InterQual criteria. Licensing Requirements • Current unencumbered LVN or RN license in Texas or compact license. Experience Requirements • 2+ years Utilization management experience with a health insurance company (managed care/payer experience required). • UM for Medicare Advantage, Managed Medicaid, Dual SNP Lines of Business, on the payer side. • 5+ years of acute clinical experience. • The ability to effect change, perform critical analyses, promote positive outcomes, and facilitate empowerment for members/families.
