Front Desk Representative

UPS is seeking Package Delivery Drivers to safely operate delivery trucks and deliver packages to residential and commercial customers on an assigned route. Drivers are responsible for loading and unloading packages, following a scheduled delivery route, operating a UPS delivery vehicle, and providing excellent customer service during deliveries and pickups. Drivers must be comfortable driving a delivery truck, and some locations may require the ability to drive a manual transmission delivery vehicle. This position requires passing a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical exam and maintaining a valid driver's license with a clean driving record in accordance with UPS and DOT regulations. This position typically pays $45 per hour or more for full-time UPS package delivery drivers, with additional overtime pay available during peak seasons.Drivers are responsible for meeting daily delivery quotas, using handheld scanners to track and confirm deliveries, following all UPS safety procedures, lifting and carrying packages, and maintaining a professional appearance while representing UPS. Drivers must follow company guidelines regarding safe driving practices, package handling procedures, delivery confirmation procedures, and customer interaction standards.Full-time UPS employees may be eligible for benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, pension plan, 401(k), paid vacation, paid holidays, overtime opportunities, and union-negotiated wage increases. UPS drivers may also receive overtime pay, peak season bonuses, and route bid opportunities based on seniority.

Assist in the design and/or merchandising of floral items and arrangements for display/sale or in response to customer requests. RESPONSIBILITIES • Assist and greet customers promptly and provide them with great service • Be prompt, tactful, calm, courteous, and professional in all interactions • Help design and create floral arrangements and/or other items to fill customer orders • Package orders effectively, safely and efficiently • Keep merchandise and supplies in their proper areas • Maintain customer records and files properly • Assist customers in location and selecting items • Handle telephone calls and orders promptly and courteously • Assist in decorating and merchandising the department • Keep carts, tools, and supplies in their designated areas and well organized • Keep floors, clean, safe, and free from clutter • Maintain plants, process and prepare flower arrangements and fill balloons • Maintain proper signage, product rotation, freshness, quantity, quality and proper space allocation for merchandise • Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as state and federal laws • Operate cash register in accordance with company procedures, as applicable • Maintain flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed • Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation QUALIFICATIONS Minimum • Demonstrates effective written and oral communication skills • Ability to read shelf tags, signs, product labels, training materials, and bulletins • Ability to multitask, set priorities, present information in a professional manner and work with all levels of the organization • Personal initiative and follow through to completion • Ability to work as part of a team in a fastpaced environment • Possess abilities and skills for effective production, merchandising, and customer services related to sale of merchandise • Must be able to work with various cleaning solutions, safely use sharp tools, and carefully operate all production equipment Desired • Past work record reflects dependability and integrity. • Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations related to employment practices, and safety • Experience in grocery retail and customer service • Experience in operating a cash register and making change
