Job Title Online Order Filling Associate $15.50 - $28.50/hr* Part time Full time Shift may start between 8:00am - 4:00pm Role summary: Online Order Filling associates have one focus: to fill and dispense online orders. They locate, prepare, and package merchandise, ensuring the accuracy of orders prior to pick up. They make appropriate product substitutions and consult with the customer as needed to ensure satisfaction. What you'll do: Do you enjoy shopping? Online orderfillers and delivery associates get to do just that every day. Online orderfillers have the opportunity to shop for our customers and choose just the right apple, or select their favorite cereal. This position is extremely fast paced and is one that gets to spend time in all departments shopping for our customers and filling their online orders. Order fillers and delivery associates also get to dispense orders to our customers and engage them in conversation throughout the dispensing process. The pace can be intense, especially in the evenings, on weekends, and during a holiday season. There are times when you have to juggle shopping for our online customers while stopping to help our in store customers. LifeWise Vehicle Driver As a LifeWise vehicle driver, you will provide safe and reliable transportation for public school students to and from the LifeWise site. Our ideal candidate is responsible and punctual and has a clean driving record. Qualifications and Experience • A mature personal Christian faith in agreement with the "What We Believe" section of the LifeWise Academy Statement of Faith • Active participation in and commitment to a local church whose doctrine aligns with the "What We Believe" section of the LifeWise Academy Statement of Faith • Regular driver's license (a copy may be kept on file by the LifeWise program) • The driver is required to have been continuously licensed for the past three years • Appropriate special licenses • Vehicles seating more than 15 passengers: Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with endorsement for driving a passenger vehicle (P) • 15 passenger van: no special license required • Age requirement: 21-80 years of age • Any driver above the age of 75 is required to submit additional documentation as follows: • Van Drivers over the age of 75: Submit an annual Physician's Statement via support ticket • CDL Licensed Drivers over the age of 75: Submit a copy of their CDL license and (P) Passenger Endorsement annually via support ticket • Clean driving record with no at-fault accidents or traffic citations within the last five years. Use various loading techniques, such as loading tight or cross loading.* Transport self and/or freight continuously throughout the service center on non-forgiving surfaces.* Utilize Dock Yard Management System to consistently monitor freight shipment locations throughout the service center.* Read and interpret shipping labels.
