We're seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our team to help with store operations, customer service and team development. Duties include, but are not limited to, the following: • Assist with store functions and day-to-day store activities • Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address any questions or concerns they may have • Help organize, and transfer merchandise from delivery truck to stockroom to sales floor as needed and ensure the seasonal areas of the store are maintained • Perform opening and closing procedures as needed • Process all corporate directives including Pull and Hold/Destroy, Task Compliance, Key Survey information requests and any additional communications related to store activities • Maintain promotional effectiveness of store-front fixtures and displays • Assist in ordering merchandise, processing damaged merchandise, record keeping (including payroll, scheduling, and cash register deposits and receipts), and loss prevention • Maintain areas of the store, including a well-stocked sales floor and organized stockroom, to company standards • Protect and secure all company assets, including store cash • Adhere to policies and procedures including safety guidelines and ensure all store associates follow company policies and procedures • Help the Store Manager supervise, train, and develop Store Associates • Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment while maintaining professional and friendly interactions with customers, associates, and leaders • Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness throughout the store, including cleaning and restocking bathrooms, sweeping and mopping floors, taking out the trash, and ensuring all areas are neat and presentable • Other duties as assigned* Skills and Experience: • High school diploma or equivalent is preferred; ability to read, interpret, and explain operational directives (e.g., merchandise schematics, etc.) is required • Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment is preferred • Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting • Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills are required • Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment is required • Exceptional customer service, organizational, and communication skills are required • Strong problem solving and decision-making skills are required Perks and Benefits: We offer a wide variety of rewards to support your health, wealth, and mental well-being. Sr Advisory Solution Consultant– Security, Identity & Exposure Management (Armis/Veza) West Coast We are seeking a Solution Consultant to partner with Sales and help enterprise customers address complex security, identity, access, asset visibility, exposure management, and risk challenges. In this role, you will serve as a trusted technical and business advisor, leading discovery, solution design, product demonstrations, proof-of-value engagements, and customer validation activities. You will work directly with security, identity, infrastructure, IT, risk, and executive stakeholders to connect technical capabilities to measurable business outcomes. The ideal candidate has strong cybersecurity knowledge, practical enterprise networking experience, strong communication skills, and a proven ability to support complex enterprise sales cycles. Responsibilities • Partner with Sales to lead technical discovery, solution design, and customer validation. • Deliver compelling virtual and in-person technical demonstrations. • Deploy and support proof-of-value and proof-of-concept engagements. • Translate technical capabilities into business outcomes. • Serve as a trusted advisor during evaluations, competitive situations, and executive discussions. • Develop customer-facing documentation, technical summaries, and solution narratives. • Lead technical training sessions based on customer use cases and POV findings. • Support marketing events, conferences, webinars, and speaking engagements. • Collaborate with Product, Enablement, Marketing, Customer Success, and Support teams to share field insights and improve execution. • Travel as required, typically 25–50%, depending on region and business needs. Required Qualifications • 5+ years of experience in Solution Consulting, Sales Engineering, Pre-Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or a related technical role. • 5+ years of customer-facing technical, pre-sales, or customer support experience. • Experience supporting complex cybersecurity, SaaS, or enterprise platform sales cycles with enterprise customers. • Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, identity and access, governance and risk, and security operations. • Required strong working knowledge of enterprise networking concepts, including routing, switching, VLANs, subnetting, firewalls, DNS, NAT, and network segmentation. • Familiarity with capturing network traffic via SPAN ports, port mirroring, TAPs, packet capture brokers, NetFlow, and network telemetry. • Ability to understand and explain how security platforms integrate with customer network environments to collect data, provide visibility, and support technical validation during demos, POVs, and POCs. • Strong presentation, storytelling, and executive communication skills. • Ability to engage effectively with technical practitioners, business stakeholders, and executive buyers. • Demonstrated track record of contributing to technical wins, deal progression, and successful customer outcomes. • BS degree in Computer Science, MIS, Cybersecurity, or equivalent experience. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. Role Summary The General Superintendent – Power will provide field leadership and operational oversight for natural gas and thermal power generation projects, ensuring safe, high‑quality, and efficient delivery across all phases of construction. This role is accountable for developing and executing project plans, directing field operations, managing subcontractors, and coordinating all site activities to ensure schedule, budget, and performance goals are achieved. As a senior field leader, the General Superintendent plays a critical role in establishing project sequencing, overseeing complex construction means and methods, and ensuring alignment with engineering, project management, and commissioning teams. In support of the company's strategy and entry into the power generation market, this role will apply deep knowledge of power‑sector construction, including large equipment installation, industrial systems integration, rigorous QA/QC processes, and complex safety requirements. The General Superintendent will mentor field teams, build strong relationships with trade partners, and maintain direct communication with clients, OEMs, and engineering partners to ensure seamless project execution. This leader will help drive consistency, operational excellence, and field‑driven innovation across multiple projects, while modeling the company's values and ensuring all field efforts support long‑term market success.
