Select and gather products for customers' on-line orders in the most efficient manner with attention to freshness and quality. Assemble customers' on-line orders, process coupons and payment, and deliver and load orders to cars when customers arrive at store for pick up. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Supervises the installation of specialty systems (10+ technicians) and/or multiple projects simultaneously, while meeting or beating estimated job costs. • Travels to customer premises to install, troubleshoot, and maintain specialty systems (to include, but not limited to, copper/fiber structured cabling, outside plant, CATV, CCTV, WLAN, fire alarm, access control, security, audio, etc.). • Develops and integrates project schedules with other trades. • Possesses experience with complex and/or technical installations. • Independently develops accounts to widen scope and generates additional revenue through upselling, estimating, pricing, and negotiation. • Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
