Sales Gallery Team Members will work varying shifts that range between 6:45am through 6:30pm PACIFIC TIME ZONE. Additional Responsibilities Include: • Acquiring Sales personnel attendance each morning for tour assignment purposes. • Preparing & maintaining the daily sales rotation and making vital adjustments accurately following strict tour rules that ensure the tour integrity is maintained. • Using multiple sources to verify tour qualifications of guests prior to assigning tours to Sales personnel. • Contact guests at the scheduled tour time. Walk them through the technical aspects of setting up for their virtual tour. Ensure their tour email is received, they can log in to the tour platform, and their camera is working. • Professionally interact with guests, updating the tour and identifying the next available salesperson, confirming sales connection, and performing a warm transfer to start the tour session. • Work with management to identify, research, and address problems relating to guest, schedules, gifting, and tour modifications. • Follow required scripts in greeting and walking guest through the tour setup process, while providing a high level of customer service through warm hospitality and guest happiness. • Accountable for inputting information in system timely and accurately and ensuring the virtual front desk is always covered. • Ensure that all computer input is thoroughly verified for accuracy and timeliness. Also, ensure that all vital reporting is received and distributed on time, including reporting any exception information. • Attend required team meetings and training sessions on camera. • Participation in skills assessments for training is required. • Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: To fulfill this role successfully, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience: • High School diploma or equivalent experience. • Able to work a flexible schedule to include evenings, weekends, and holidays. Hours of operations are Pacific Standard Time. • Must reside in the United States. Hawaii, Arizona, Nevada, Utah, Texas preferred. • Previous customer service experience. • Timeshare or hospitality experience is preferred, but not required. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Strong technical capacity to balance multiple systems and windows at a time. • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook & Teams. • Must be a self-motivated individual with strong time management skills, able to work independently in a remote work-from-home setting. Position Summary: The Hazardous Materials Receiving Clerk plays a critical role in ensuring the safe, compliant, and efficient movement of hazardous goods in and out of the facility. This position requires strict adherence to regulatory guidelines, meticulous recordkeeping, and a proactive approach to safety and quality control. Position Key Accountabilities: • Receives, inspects, and verify hazardous material of gas cylinders shipments for accuracy, damage, and compliance with purchase order. Maintains an orderly flow of gas cylinders moving in and/or out of the warehouse and laboratory settings in various building across the UTHealth campus. Required to carry a University communication device as assigned and respond to calls during normal work hours. • Places a QR Code on received gas cylinders. Scans/tracks all receipts and returns of all gas cylinder inventory into the DeMurrage Tank Tracking database daily. Ensures a copy of all invoices is turned in to the Manager at the end of the workday. Checks daily emails for empty gas cylinders pickups per customer request and prepares them for return to the supplier. • Prepares outbound gas cylinders for loading, unloading, and transport of hazardous materials (e.g., gas cylinder tanks for medical research and patient care), including proper packaging, labeling, and documentation in accordance with safety standards and governmental regulations. Transporting of gas cylinders must be properly chained. Transports all gas cylinders to the appropriate location and verifies that all gas cylinders are left in an area approved by Environmental Health Safety UTHealth Safety. • Ensures gas cylinders are properly chained at all times, and that proper segregation, storage, and containment of gas cylinders to prevent safety hazards. Arranges gas cylinder tanks to provide for accessibility, ready identification, and proper distribution. Conducts routine inspections of storage areas, gas cylinders, and safety equipment. Participates in safety training and drills to maintain readiness. • Coordinates with suppliers to schedule pickups and deliveries, ensuring timely and secure transport. • Assists in monthly and annual audits of gas cylinders. • Operates and maintains a University vehicle and ensures that all maintenance is completed and logged. • Performs other duties as assigned.
