Requirements: • Proven experience as a General Manager in the Food/Hospitality industry, with a track record of successfully managing a high-volume establishment. • Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team. • Strong understanding of business operations and the ability to analyze financial data for informed decision-making. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and team members. • Organized and meticulous, with the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced setting. • Knowledge of local health and safety regulations. • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
