Our non-commercial specialty pharmacy is centralized at our custom-designed facility outside of Dallas, Texas, empowering manufacturers to rethink the reach and impact of their products. **Together, we can get life-changing therapies to patients who need them-faster.** **_Job Summary_** The Supervisor, Access and Patient Support will oversee program staff performing customer service, enrollment and reimbursement activities, benefit investigations for pharmacy benefit coverage, prior authorization assistance, copay enrollment and other hub services. **_Responsibilities_** + Collaboratively oversees daily operations for an inbound and outbound patient access support team. + Ability to maintain development/training goals for team members in a 100% remote setting. + Responsible for creating and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures and work instructions & metrics specific to the program. + Responsible for conducting daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reviews of program metrics and reporting results to leadership. + Manages workflow within assigned team to ensure efficient customer service operations. Monitors inbound calls and workgroups, and tracks key performance indicators such as abandonment rate, Service Level, After Call Survey and First Call Resolution. + Responsible for testing/solutioning/approving program changes including those related to technology, platform upgrades and modifications to program business rules. + Meets regularly with Manager to discuss team performance and people management considerations. Assists the Manager in implementing new policies and procedures. + Conducts development-based biweekly/monthly/quarterly 1x1s with team members and holds responsibility for providing effective coaching, development and feedback on both performance and goal setting. + Resonsible for managing Workday tasks; approvals timecards, PTO, etc. + Comply with all Local, State, and Federal laws and regulations as they pertain to services provided by the Company. Key Responsibilities • Conduct thorough trauma-informed assessments to evaluate each patient's trauma history and psychological state, helping to inform individualized treatment plans. • Design and implement tailored treatment strategies aimed at facilitating trauma recovery and promoting resilience in patients. • Utilize established evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to deliver high-quality care. • Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, equipping patients with coping strategies to help them process their trauma and attain emotional healing. • Work closely with psychiatrists and interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive and integrated patient care is upheld. • Provide crisis intervention and immediate support in trauma-related emergencies, demonstrating swift, clinical decision-making skills. • Educate patients and their families on trauma responses and effective coping mechanisms, extending support beyond therapy sessions. • Maintain detailed and confidential records that comply with healthcare regulations and ethical standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems. • Engage in professional development through case consultations and team meetings focused on advancing trauma-informed care practices. • Commit to staying informed about the latest research and evolving practices in trauma therapy, ensuring our approaches remain cutting-edge. Patient Population / Client Focus In your role, you will primarily work with adult clients who have been affected by trauma, whether it manifests through PTSD, complex trauma, or related disorders. Our clients often face significant emotional and psychological challenges, necessitating a compassionate, patient-centered approach. Your expertise will play a critical role in aiding them throughout their recovery journey, facilitating profound changes in their lives by providing them the tools and support they need. Qualifications • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited educational institution. • Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Kansas. • A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience in a clinical setting is preferred. Preferred Experience • A strong foundational knowledge of trauma-related disorders, effective treatment modalities, and resilience-building techniques. • Proven experience in delivering trauma-focused therapies and interventions in a clinical practice. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering a non-judgmental and compassionate therapeutic alliance. • A demonstrated ability to maintain composure and efficacy in high-stress situations. • Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and various digital communication tools. • The capacity to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team. Compensation and Benefits The offered salary for this full-time role ranges from $90,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
