Electronic Systems Technician I The Electronic Systems Technician I position is responsible for the installation and implementation of AV and technology solutions. This position requires a strong leader and role model who works with a high level of detail and organization, with a respectful, constructive, and energetic style. Core Job Responsibilities • Conduct precise and efficient pulling, terminating, labeling, and testing of cables which interconnect audio, video, data, security, and control equipment. • Proficiently execute tasks involving the running, fishing, and termination of low voltage wiring. • Safely execute the installation of displays, mounts, speakers, cameras, and equipment, employing various methods such as in-wall installations, mounting to structures, and ceiling mounting techniques. • Conduct precise and efficient pulling, terminating, labeling, and testing of cables that interconnect audio, video, data, security, and control equipment. • Provide valuable assistance in the comprehensive system commissioning process, encompassing rigorous testing, and conducting walk-through training sessions with clients. • Ensure the upkeep of fleet vehicles, stock inventory, and adhere to scheduled maintenance tasks as required. • Proficiently carry out basic troubleshooting procedures for AV systems, data infrastructure, security systems, and control equipment. • Actively engage in the on-call service rotation on an as-needed basis. Required Qualifications • Education – High School Diploma or equivalent experience Physical Requirements • Operate a motor vehicle • Operate construction tools including ladders, hand drills, reciprocating saws, hammer, tack hammer, various hand saws, as well as various Audio/Visual hand tools including wire strippers, cutters, low voltage meter in a safe manner in accordance with OSHA regulation • Stand or walk 70% and sit 30% of the time • Lift and carry up to 75 lbs. • Successfully perform in a workplace environment which could see extremes in temperatures

Enter data using our mobile canvass application. • Afternoon: Door-to-door canvassing, Run scheduled inspections (leads), documentation, estimates in our leading CRM Service Titan. • Evening: Customer follow-ups, proposal reviews, pipeline updates. Responsibilities and Activities: • Generate Leads: Identify new clients through door-to-door outreach, networking, and referrals. • Convert Issued Leads: Marketing will provide various lead types through internal and external channels. Leads are supplemental to your generated efforts. • Conduct Roof/Exterior Inspections: Assess properties for storm damage and overall exterior diagnosis to identify and establish need, measure project areas, and document the condition of materials. • Educate Homeowners: Explain and build value in our products and services, our brand, discuss the insurance claims process or retail pricing with financing, ensuring the customer understands their exterior home solution options. • Build Relationships: Establish and maintain strong client connections to drive satisfaction and generate referrals. • Monitor Sales Performance: Identify market opportunities, track progress, and share updates with internal team and Branch Sales Leadership • Solve Problems: Address client concerns to ensure seamless experience from inspection to installation. Qualifications: • 1-2+ years full cycle sales experience with a proven track record preferred • 1-2 years' experience using CRM (Service Titan, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 preferred • Valid driver's license, reliable and insured vehicle; working availability to include evenings/weekends. • Excellent communication, negotiation, time management and organizational skills • Self-directed, coachable, resilient and motivated by performance-based compensation • Comfortable with outdoor field work and using mobile apps, mobile device for photos/notes/lead entries.
