CRIMINAL CONFLICT AND CIVIL REGIONAL COUNSEL, 5TH CIRCUIT- ASSISTANT REGIONAL COUNSEL The Office of Criminal Conflict and Civil Regional Counsel, 5th District (RC5), is seeking a full-time appellate attorney in our main office located in Casselberry, Seminole County, Florida. This is primarily an appellate attorney position. Duties include reviewing records on appeal, drafting appellate briefs, responses, writs, and orders to both the trial court and the 5th and 6th DCA. The attorney will also be required to represent individuals in felony and misdemeanor cases. Must be a member in good standing with The Florida Bar.
