Job Title: Shippers and Packers for Day Shift Position Millbrook Support Services is currently seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Shippers and Packers for a Day Shift Position to join our Consolidated Mail Outpatient Pharmacy team in Lancaster, TX. Key Responsibilities: • Prepare, package, and label outgoing shipments according to pharmacy standards and federal guidelines. • Perform quality control checks on incoming and outgoing items. • Verify shipment contents against invoices, bills of lading, or storage receipts. • Inspect products for accuracy, damage, and compliance with order specifications. • Record reasons for returns and report discrepancies or quality issues. • Utilize shipping software and data entry systems to track inventory and communicate updates. • Unload, unpack, and deliver incoming inventory to designated areas. • Participate in safety meetings, daily huddles, and process improvement activities. • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Qualifications: Language and Reasoning Skills: • Must be proficient in English (read, write, speak). • Ability to understand safety rules, operating procedures, and written instructions. • Able to write routine reports and interpret shipping documentation. • GED or High School Diploma Required Physical Requirements: • Frequently lift/move up to 50 lbs; occasionally up to 100 lbs. • Stand and walk for long periods throughout the shift. • Use hands to handle materials and operate equipment. • Specific vision abilities required: distance, color, peripheral, and depth perception.
