Customer Service Representative The Customer Service Representative will provide exceptional customer support to both internal and external clients by leveraging an in-depth understanding of the organization's products and services. This role requires strong collaboration with the Customer Service Manager and the Production team to ensure efficient communication and smooth operations. Responsibilities • Communicate with customers regularly for updates on in-progress jobs via phone or email. • Resolve customer inquiries related to jobs and quotes promptly. • Manage customer quote approvals, re-quoting as necessary, ensuring client satisfaction. • Coordinate with production, shipping, warehouse, and common carriers to expedite or trace missing or delayed shipments. • Ensure quotes are processed efficiently and within defined timeframes. Essential Skills • Collaborate effectively with other departments and individuals within the organization. • Demonstrate strong computer skills, including proficiency in ERP systems (Quantum/Component Control) and Microsoft Office. • Ability to read, write, and follow verbal instructions in English, with basic math skills. • Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers, ensuring repeat business. • Exhibit excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. • Possess knowledge of the aviation industry and airline Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) processes. Additional Skills & Qualifications • Knowledge of general office clerical procedures. • Ability to regularly exercise sound judgment in decision-making. • High school diploma required; a college degree in a business-related field is preferred.
