Shipping Coordinator CSI is looking for a Shipping Coordinator for our Grand Prairie TX location. This position will provide day-to-day operational support of shipping functions, across departments, within CSI. This employee must have a general understanding of all aspects of logistics including Importing, Exporting, Warehousing, Multimodal Transportation and General Inventory Control processes. The Shipping Coordinator will sit in the warehouse environment as part of the warehouse team, specializing in shipment scheduling, both export and domestic. Overnight travel, Saturday, Sunday and holiday hours may occasionally be required but are not anticipated with this position. This position requires the ability to interact with employees verbally and in writing, remain in a stationary position for 80% of the workday, have close visual acuity, and constantly operate a computer and other office productivity equipment, such as a phone, copy/fax/scan machine, computer keyboard and mouse with or without reasonable accommodation.
