A Dispatcher at White Cap • Plans delivery schedules and optimizes delivery vehicle routes. • Addresses delivery issues with customers and provides resolution. • Ensures that the invoice and load are correct prior to departure. • Records all in and out times of vehicles. • Maintains vehicle maintenance and repair records. • Records availability status of vehicles. • Performs other duties as assigned. • Generally has 2-5 years of experience in area of responsibility. Preferred Qualifications • Experience in dispatching, transportation, logistics, fleet coordination, or a related operations role • Knowledge of the local geographic area and ability to optimize delivery routes and schedules effectively • Experience using transportation management, routing, or dispatch software (e.g., Descartes or similar systems) • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to address delivery issues, coordinate changes, and provide timely resolutions • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail • Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate with drivers, warehouse teams, and customers • Familiarity with vehicle maintenance tracking, delivery documentation, and transportation compliance practices • Bilingual (Spanish/English) proficiency is a plus If you're looking to play a role in building America, consider one of our open opportunities. Deliver Driver/Shipping And Receiving Associate SafeTech USA is actively seeking a Deliver Driver/Shipping and Receiving Associate for our facility located in Carrollton, TX. This position requires an individual who is detail oriented with a strong work ethic. The successful candidate will not only be responsible for driving to customers 3 days a week (Tuesday, Thursday and Friday) and assisting with shipping and receiving duties, or other tasks as assigned. Duties And Responsibilities: • Responsible for all aspects of the logistics department, including driving to customer sites, shipping and receiving. • Work with management personnel to resolve any transportation issues or concerns. • Pack and unpack items properly to mitigate the possibility of damage. • Ship packages both domestically and internationally. • Obtain all required documentation for international shipments and ensure package is properly secured and labeled. • Complete required documentation for shipping Hazardous Materials. • Properly classify Hazmat items and ensure IATA documentation is present. • Safely package, secure and label items. • Verify items shipped and received against Customer Repair Orders (RO) and Company Purchase Orders (PO) information. • Perform tasks in accordance with, quality and regulatory requirements. Adhere to security and safety policies. • Basic to intermediate computer skills specifically using Microsoft Office Suite; ability to learn additional computer skills and software programs. • Ability to enter data accurately into databases. • Ability to use general office equipment such as fax, phone, copier, scanner, printers, etc. • Must be self-motivated. • Good eyesight and color vision, manual dexterity, and the ability to carry out complex, repetitive tasks quickly. • Must be able to lift 75-100lbs. • High school diploma or a general education degree (GED). • Minimum of 1 year experience working in shipping and receiving position. • Hazmat Certification preferred. • Ability to pass a drug and background screening. • US citizen or resident status. • Valid US driver's license. Inbound Coordinator As an Inbound Coordinator at our Distribution Center, you'll be integral to ensuring exceptional customer service. This role involves managing inbound shipments by unloading deliveries, receiving products, and strategically placing them in storage locations. You'll handle tasks such as processing requests, managing supply orders, pulling materials, packing boxes, and preparing orders for the outbound staging area. In addition, you'll also be responsible for resolving vendor shipping discrepancies, addressing defective products, and processing customer and vendor returns. This position is key in supporting reverse logistics and works closely with the Purchasing, Warehouse, and Field Operations Teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations. The schedule for this role is Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM. This position pays between $20 - $22 per hour, based on experience. Responsibilities: Receiving Duties: • Inspect merchandise against purchase orders and vendor shipping documents to record quantities, defects, or discrepancies. • Accurately enter receiving documentation into OneSource and other relevant systems. • Validate received shipments to ensure they are correctly recorded in the Warehouse Management System (WMS). • Communicate with vendors and freight carriers regarding any discrepancies or issues during the receiving process. Returns Duties: • Process customer and vendor returns according to established procedures. • Investigate and resolve vendor shipping discrepancies and defective product issues. • Submit vendor shipping discrepancies for resolution following the given vendor's process, which may include contacting customer service via email or phone. • Validate and process vendor return shipments. • Review and manage items in the Returns/Defective/Over shipment queue daily to ensure timely resolution according to current guidelines. • Create return purchase orders to match approved vendor return authorizations regarding items, quantities, costs, freight, and restocking fees. • Follow up on inquiries with vendors and internal personnel. Escalate unresolved issues to the DC Manager when necessary. General Responsibilities: • Maintain accurate records and documentation for all receiving and returns activities. • Ensure compliance with company policies and guidelines. • Contribute to a positive team environment and support continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications: • Experience with WMS and ERP applications such as Oracle, SAP, Manhattan, or Blue Yonder. • Proficient with handheld scanners and barcoding systems. • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds. • Preferred experience with powered and/or manual pallet jack. • Strong basic math skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy, quality of work, and customer service. • Demonstrates initiative and the ability to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities under pressure. • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. • Ability to work collaboratively and contribute to a positive team/work environment. • Strong organizational skills.
