This is an excellent opportunity for experienced technicians or individuals with transferable hands-on skills looking to build a long-term career in equipment maintenance and repair. No trailer experience? No problem. We provide training for candidates with strong mechanical aptitude and experience in related trades such as automotive repair, diesel mechanics, industrial maintenance, electrical work, welding, HVAC, construction equipment repair, and other hands-on technical fields. DIRECT HIRE | RELOCATION STIPEND AVAILABLE Pay & Schedule Details Schedule: Monday–Friday (occasional Saturdays as needed) Start Time: 8:00 AM Shift Length: 8–11 hours depending on workload Pay Range: • Experienced Technicians: $30–$35/hour (based on experience) • Entry-Level / Trainable Candidates: $22–$23/hour Job Details • Route Type: Local • Freight: Equipment maintenance and repair • Equipment: Intermodal trailers • Handling: Heavy Touch Key Responsibilities • Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and preventative service on intermodal trailers • Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and structural issues • Repair or replace brakes, suspension systems, tires, and other trailer components • Complete welding and light fabrication work as needed • Ensure all equipment meets DOT safety and compliance standards • Accurately document maintenance and repair work • Work collaboratively with team members to maintain safe and efficient operations Minimum Requirements • 3+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience • Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years) • Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements • High school diploma or equivalent (technical or vocational training preferred) • Strong mechanical and/or electrical aptitude • Ability to learn new systems and repair techniques • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics • Valid driver's license (CDL preferred but not required) • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail • Ability to work independently and as part of a team Benefits • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance • Paid time off and company holidays • 401(k) • Ongoing training and career advancement opportunities • CDL tuition reimbursement for eligible employees • Relocation assistance/stipend available for qualified candidates Why Work With TransForce If you have mechanical, electrical, maintenance, or technical experience and are looking for an employer willing to train, we'd love to speak with you. Full Time Bus Driver / Maintenance

Bus Driver The Bus Driver is responsible for the operations of various types of buses that will transport students and other passengers to and from designated locations. Drivers typically work without direct supervision and are fully responsible for the safety of their passengers. When not required to drive for IWCC, FT Bus Drivers assist the IWCC maintenance department under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor.
