What we will ask of you: • Accurately and efficiently prepares, stocks, and maintains the highest quality cuisine for our guests, compiling consistently with our standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards and kitchen rules, policies, and procedures • Maintains a clean and sanitary workstation area including tables, shelves, grills, broilers, fryers, pasta cookers, sauté burners, convection oven flat top range, refrigeration equipment, and adhere to all DHEC regulations for cleanliness and sanitation • Closes the kitchen properly and follows the closing checklist for kitchen stations. Responsible for the overall cleanliness of the kitchen and cooking utensils and equipment, the Kitchen Utility plays a vital role on our Culinary Team. Responsibilities: • Sets up and operates dish machine and pot and pan sinks. Keeps area clean at all times. • Prepares tableware for washing by removing food residue, sorting china, and running tableware through dish machine. • Properly stores all clean and sanitized tableware, buffet platters, and displays. • Gathers and properly washes, rinses, and sanitizes all cooking utensils and kitchen equipment and returns them to their proper places. • Sweeps and mops kitchen floors, coolers, storage areas, etc. • Cleans garbage cans with soap and water on a regular basis. Expo Position Position Summary: The Expo is responsible for monitoring orders and their flow from the cashiers to the line cooks and then to the food runners. This position is responsible for gathering all items on the check from the culinary team once they are prepared, ensuring that the order is complete, and that it is prepared to spec before being handed to the guest.
