You'll plan raw material inventory, build and communicate production forecasts, and work cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Purchasing, Sales, and Marketing to keep production running smoothly. You'll use tools like SyteLine, Streck's internal planning database, and Excel to turn forecasts and historical data into clear, actionable production plans.What You'll Do Plan raw material inventory levels for your assigned product categories, coordinating incoming receipts with Production and PurchasingDevelop and communicate component material forecasts to vendorsAnalyze production and scrap trends to project future production requirementsPartner with Purchasing to review and optimize system ordering parametersDeliver analytical insight to management on departmental productivity and metricsGenerate and review lot-specific production orders, planning sheets, and device history recordsMaintain cyclic volume estimations and the production calendar for your categoriesCoordinate with Sales and Marketing to adjust production plans as demand changesBuild cross-functional knowledge of Planning, Production Control, and Inventory Control to serve as a backup when neededWhat You Bring Bachelor's degree in a related discipline (business, technical, or supply chain preferred)Working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems such as Infor/SyteLine, Oracle, or SAPMinimum of three years of combined experience in inventory control, planning, or supply chain within an operations environmentStrong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skillsClear, effective communication, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate across departmentsProficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and OutlookWhy Streck Join a team where your analysis and planning directly affect product availability for laboratories and patients who rely on it.
